Ive plugged in the cable and windows 10 seems to install a driver as it appears in device manager under the Ports tab as USB-SERIAL CH Ive matched up the com ports so they are the same.

It should be noted that VAG-COM KKL cable does not work on vehicles running on CAN-BUS System. Cable must be plugged into the vehicle with ignition ON.
